Topic: Question about the movie Summer Dreams: The story of the Beach Boys

I just saw the movie Summer Dreams: The Story of the Beach Boys and have a question. There is this one part where Dennis is in a bar and he sees this girl. So he goes up to her but makes a fool out of himself because he is drunk. The next day he goes to her house. She lets him in and says she is rehearsing. He asks if he can play her piano and she lets him. He starts playing this song. Does anybody know what song he starts playing? Right after that it shows them sailboating and it sounds like the real version of the song is playing or it might be a totally different song. Unfortunately, the song is NOT a Dennis Wilson song, or even a Beach Boys song... it was written specifically for the TV movie, and has never been released in any form...
